Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Probate Assessment Reports. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within the guarantee period of your purchase date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within the money-back guarantee window of your original purchase date.
  • You must have a valid paid account with Probate Logix.
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly from your assessment dashboard. Navigate to your account page and use the "Request Refund" option. You will be asked to provide a reason for your refund request, which helps us improve our services.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a Refund

After a refund is processed:

  • Your account will revert to free-tier access.
  • You will retain access to any free assessment features.
  • You may purchase a new assessment report at any time in the future.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after the guarantee window has expired are not eligible for a refund under this policy. In exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
